Refund Policy

Goods in the NUTRIVORE online shop may be returned in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania by Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001 “On Approval of Retail Trade Rules”.

 

According to Lithuanian legislation, quality food products (including food supplements) are not exchangeable or returnable.

 

Goods shall be deemed to be of good quality if the expiry date of the goods has not expired, the goods do not contain any ingredients prohibited by law, the consistency or other essential characteristics of the goods are not altered due to improper storage conditions prior to the transfer of the goods to the Customer, the goods are not mechanically damaged, their packaging is not damaged or there are no other defects in the quality of the goods.

 

Goods of inadequate quality shall be replaced or returned in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania in force at the time of purchase.

 

How do returns work?

 

In order to exercise the right to return the goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller of the cancellation of the contract of sale and purchase of the goods, in accordance with the Soulel Shop Purchase Rules and the applicable legislation:

 

+ inform the Seller of the cancellation of the contract by filling in the contact form on the NUTRIVORE’s website within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. 

+ within 7 days (seven days) from the date of the Seller’s notification of withdrawal, hand over the goods to the Seller together with the purchase document.

 

The Buyer shall not be entitled to return the goods:

 

A. quality food products, including food supplements;

B. quality goods which have been used by the Buyer, damaged, broken packaging or other actions by the Buyer have caused the goods to lose their merchantable appearance, as well as goods which are not complete (e.g. specific parts of the goods have been lost, there are no instructions for use or warranty booklet, if one was issued, etc.);

C. other Goods which the Seller has the right to refuse to accept in accordance with applicable law, e.g. packaged Goods which have been unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;

How are goods returned?

 

Return conditions are negotiated individually by the Buyer contacting the Seller by filling the contact form on NUTRIVORE’s webshop.

 

How refunds are made? 

 

The amount paid for the goods shall be refunded within 14 days from the date of return to the bank account specified by the customer.
